To make a complaint or provide feedback, you can:

  • Call Morang Community Care at 1300-414-552.
  • Speak with a staff member at MCC whom you feel comfortable with.
  • Inform a friend or advocate.
  • Reach out to MCC's Feedback Handling Team at feedback@morangcommunitycare.com.au
  • Submit an online whistleblowing report through an independent organization.
  • Fill out MCC's online form. You may choose to remain anonymous if you prefer.
